Product Marketing

While working with Seegrid, I supported our marketing team in the build-out and creation of an internal product marketing program. When I started, we were in the early stages of developing buyer personas, new product messaging, and formalizing our sales enablement program. Through this experience, I was able to gain the needed skills to support and help grow our product marketing program.


Pragmatic Marketing

A pragmatic approach to marking laid the foundation of the product marketing program at Seegrid. We strongly believed in the pillars of this structure and worked to implement this process into all of our daily operations and product activities. I had the opportunity to participate in training through the Pragmatic Institute, and have completed my Level 1 – Foundations certification.


Product & Sales Enablement

I had the opportunity to spearhead the execution of our product and sales enablement efforts in my time at Seegrid. I used a strategic approach to selecting a tool that would solve the pain points we were experiencing, and meet our growing needs. After vetting and reviewing several vendors, we selected Highspot for our enablement needs.

I worked with our Product Marketing team to develop an interactive environment that would share the latest marketing-approved collateral and presentations with our sales organization, but also empower them to confidently share content and streamline their conversations. This was a very powerful tool for sharing content, but also instrumental in guiding our teams on how to frame conversations. I worked cross-collaboratively with our Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams to create in-depth sales plays, event guides, competitive profiles, and product launch information hubs. We also used this as an integral tool for training our Sales, Application Engineering, and Customer Success teams when new products or services were launched to the market.

I worked closely with the Highspot support team to make sure we were implementing the latest and greatest tactics to our environment, and handled all onboarding for new users.

Highspot was also a great tool to help us track the execution and impact of our enablement efforts. I executed the analytics and reporting aspects of this platform, tracking regular monthly user engagement, internal and external content usage, and other key success metrics. Tracking how our content was used and how impactful it was played a vital role in our Marketing team for future content development. Through this tool, we were able to understand how our messaging resonated with an intended audience, and developed tools to better support the conversations our sales organization was having with current and potential customers.
